Pilates is often referred to as ‘the thinking person’s workout.’ Concentration and focus enables students to hone in on specific areas, developing strong, long, lean muscles while improving posture. Breathing techniques maximise abdominal control and strength.

Pilates is a low impact workout ideal for any level of fitness.  It is perfect for both time-poor mums at home and executives during their lunch break thanks to it being goal-specific and time effective.
